These terms apply when you use Trendstalkr. By creating an account or starting a paid plan you agree to them.

The service

Trendstalkr helps you find creators, hooks and briefs from publicly available social data. Results depend on live platform data and can change. We do not guarantee specific creators, emails or performance.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the product, scrape beyond the intended use or violate platform terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Searches consume quota as shown in the product. You can cancel in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Use Trendstalkr only for lawful marketing research. Do not try to access private data, circumvent limits or use results to harass people. We only analyze publicly available content.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits, inaccurate social metrics or third-party outages, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
