Vegan Recipes Viral Posts

In this sample of 122 relevant videos, craveable texture looks stronger than health messaging alone: rice paper dumplings reached 13.6M views, versus 5.9M for a fiber-led bowl.

Formats working

Single-recipe talking heads lead the supplied examples. @itsvegansis’s rice paper dumplings, at 13.6M views, pair a specific dish with a personal origin story: “my first ever recipe to go viral.” That makes an established recipe feel worth revisiting, rather than just another tutorial.

Roundups sell relief from dinner decisions. @katebrannan’s “a week of vegan dinner ideas” reached 5.3M views. The appeal is practical: viewers get a week’s inspiration without searching through separate recipes.

Problem-solving compilations create save value. @itsvegansis’s “3 leftover cake ideas in 60 seconds” reached 6.8M views. A narrow problem, dry or leftover cake, gives viewers a concrete reason to keep the post.

Topics working

Comfort food with texture-first language. @dr.vegan’s creamy onion pasta reached 10.7M views, while crispy veggie balls reached 6.7M. “Creamy” and “crispy” sell the eating experience before the vegan label.

Desserts that sound indulgent, not restrictive. @fitfuelbyjuliana’s oat recipe reached 5.3M views with “cake batter texture.” @itsvegansis’s chocolate crunch Biscoff tiramisu reached 4.5M. Familiar dessert cues make plant-based ingredients feel like a benefit, not a compromise.

Recipes that challenge an objection. @kiraburen’s sticky sesame tofu reached 2.9M views with “if you think tofu is boring.” It directly addresses a barrier to trying vegan dinners.

What to take forward

Lead with the dish, texture or dinner problem, then explain the vegan ingredients. Treat this as directional: the supplied results include a 5.5M-view black-bean recipe listing eggs, so not every search hit is genuinely vegan.
